Professional Fee

As of September 1, 2023 my fee is the following:

45--50 Minute Session:  $175

​

**I do reserve a number of appointment slots for sliding scale clients**

Insurance

I am an out-of-network provider and will provide you a Superbill to submit for reimbursement if you have out-of-network insurance benefits.

If you have out-of-network insurance benefits, it is suggested that you contact the company to find out what they will reimburse.

 

Questions to ask...

1.  Do I have out-of-network benefits?

2.  Do I have a deductible if I go to an out of network provider and if so, how much has been met this calendar year?

3.  Do you cover code 90834 (psychotherapy session)?

4.  Do you cover a certain amount of visits per calendar year?

5.  What is the procedure to obtain reimbursement?
